An Indian Origin, Editor-in-Chief of Beyond INDIA, born in Karachi, grew in Rajasthan and worked in Rajasthan and Gujarat, migrated from Africa in 1983. He quickly indentified the need for support for Indian community. Since then, he has dedicated his life towards helping community.  He took the initiative to start first time ever in Australia a joint Holi Mela (Festival of Colours) at Sh. Shiva Vishnu Temple Carrum Downs at a very large scale.  He also started the celebration of Diwali (Festival of Lights) to unite the community.

Moti Visa is serving Australian Community as Justice of Peace and as an Editor-in-Chief of Beyond INDIA. All work he has been doing for the community without any expectations in return.

After 20 years of serving the community, he has decided to represent Indian community in local government.  Proudly, he is contesting forthcoming election as a Councillor of Melbourne City Council. This is first time ever any Indian contesting election for Councillor in Melbourne City Council.

It is requested that any one either owner or occupier of a rental property in Melbourne City Municipality then he/she should enrol so that he/she can cast a vote for Moti Visa.
