Indian youngsters are having lot of problems in Australia lately. This includes the murder of Nitin Garg, Police, politicians and Indian High Commission  are doing their best (I am referring to Victoria at this instance).

Let us do our bit now. We do not have to send emails and go to media and Indian High Commissions and Australian politicians.

What we have to do?

We come forward and request all the Indians not to travel alone in the dark. If anyone has to go for work or coming from work late night then we should offer them the lift from their work place to their home. Divide the areas and act immediately on this until the situation improves.

I was in Kenya. There was a norm that any Indian who is walking on the road in dark we used to give him a lift with a smile and drop wherever he / she wanted. It may be in the opposite direction of where we had to go.
